Assistant Project Manager
Location: Naperville, IL (Hybrid opportunities)

Images, Inc. is a public involvement and strategic communication firm dedicated to fostering meaningful engagement and effective communication strategies. We partner with organizations, government agencies, and communities to facilitate transparent and impactful conversations. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support project initiatives and ensure successful execution of public involvement and strategic communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of public involvement and strategic communication projects.

Support project managers in ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.

Assist in the development of project materials, including reports, presentations, and outreach content.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Organize and participate in public meetings, stakeholder engagement events, and community outreach efforts.

Track project progress, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.

Maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Assist with proposal development and business development activities as needed.

Some travel will be required.

Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, project management, or a related field.

Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in public involvement, strategic communication, or related fields.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
-
Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach is a plus.
-
Familiarity with infrastructure-related projects is a plus.
