Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Based in Headquarters, Naperville, IL (Hybrid/Remote options available, if applicable)

We partner with organizations, government agencies, and communities to facilitate transparent and impactful conversations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, engage target audiences, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, social media, and display ads

Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing

Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies
-
Manage social media accounts, monitor trends, and engage with audiences to foster community growth
-
Conduct SEO and SEM strategies to improve online search presence and ranking.

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and client relationships
-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies

Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, advertising, communications.

Minimum of 4 years proven experience in digital marketing strategy, social media management, or online advertising.

Communication skills with multiple audiences, turning data into insights and brand stories

Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset

Experience with content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Experience in strategic communication or public involvement is a plus

Proactive and forward-thinking

A self-starter; confidence to act with little direction
